In Elliott Wave terms, PORTAL began a red wave one advance on February 29. The red wave one peaked on February 29 and the red wave two (blue sub-waves a-b-c) correction ended on March 19. If this wave count is correct, PORTAL should be heading next towards the February 29 peak in the red wave three.
