How to Feel Healthier!!!

My mission on this planet is to inform and to educate the masses about the beneficial effects of healthy eating. No I understand that the majority of people don't give a damn about eating broccoli or kale or drinking green tea . They would much rather head down to their McDonald's and stuff their mouth is full of preservatives and toxic substances . I do understand that it is difficult to change a habit . In fact it could be one of the hardest things you try to do in your life. I believe everyone in the world wants three things to be healthy to be happy and to be strong . A lot of the problems in this world today could be alleviated just by doing the simple thing of changing your diet . It's already been proven numerous an infinite amount of scientific experiments that the food we eat becomes us . I believe it is simple but it's not easy to change ones thinking on improving their eating habits. It is said that self-esteem is built the first 7 to 8 years of life and every happy that you acquire I believe is also building this time frame . How you feel about yourself what type of food you eat what and who you are attracted to.. I don't want this post to be extremely long so I'm going to lay out three simple things you could do to try today to change your eating habits little by little and in return receive the greatest mood, the greatest feeling and the greatest control over your body.

  1. Eat more Whole Foods. Things that don't come in a box or package. Such as fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans, high quality protein like pasture raised eggs and wild caught fish, grass fed beef, bison, lamb.
  2. Drink more water. Shoot for 1/2 your body weight in ounces every day. If you weight 165 aim for 72 ounces a day.
  3. Practice positive mental exercises. Such as meditation, goal setting, deep breathing and yoga. The more you program your brain to be positive and happy the more you will start to take better care of yourself.
