Oooohh I could totally make this tonight, mostly for the avocado haha! I have never thought about roasting beans before, that seems interesting - I might have to give it a try when I make some of these wraps. :D
Roasted beans are so good... extra crunchy and they pair well with roasted sweet potatoes or pumpkin. Thanks for stopping by!
