BTC Dominance has been consolidating during the last 170 days.

It's the longest consolidation since the altcoin market appeared. Retail speculators have already left the altcoin market, and started trading emerging market stocks, U.S. stocks, Gold and Silver, etc.

They feel FOMO(Fear Of Missing Opportunities) in them. I believe that there's pretty potential in the altcoin market. If Altseason 3.0 occurs this year, it would be huger than Altseason 2.0.

I believe that STEEM price would likely attempt to reach 2018 ATH(All Time High), if Altseason 3.0 happens this year.
