Hello my dear steemians, I hope you are all doing good. its my first time posting in this community and am so glad to be partaking in this contest

Tell us that one song you've listened to this year that's the best to you. Tell us about the artist and nature of the song. (You can drop the lyrics)

The best song I have listened to so far this year is Aleyipada by Sunmisola Agbebi. I love this song so much, the first time I heard the song.

I was so curious to know who sang it, even though I am a Muslim, but I still love her song. It's not just any song to me it's a deep worship song that reminds me that God can change any situation, no matter how hard it may look.

The title Aleyipada means "the unchanging changer" in English. Even the name of the song alone is powerful. Anytime I listen to the song, I always feel so peaceful within me the song is so deep and spiritual.

Sunmisola Agbebi is a great singer; all of her songs are so powerful and meaningful. The lyrics of Aleyipada are like a declaration and prayer to me.

The lyrics:

Do you like putting songs on repeat, or will you allow it to play everything in your album? Give reasons.

I do both, sometimes I allow my whole album to play, and I will vibe to whatever song comes next.

But there are times too, if I hear a song that matches my mood or hits differently, that is when I will play it over and over again till I am satisfied before going to the next song.

Just like this Aleyipada song, I love putting it on repeat. The lyrics are so good and sweet to my ears that I love replaying it.

Mention 3 things you like about this song and a steemian you think will enjoy this somh if played to him or her .

  • I love the lyrics: they are deep, and it has meaning. Every line keeps reminding you that God never fails.

  • I love the voice: omg, Sunmisola's voice is so soothing, calming and powerful at the same time. All her songs always melt something in my heart.

  • The message that the song brings: the message gives me peace, comfort and hope. That no matter the situation and tough times, it keeps reminding me that God will show up in a mighty way; he never promised what he won't do.

And I think @balikis333 will enjoy this song too, because it's not just any song. It's a healing and affirmation that God never fails his people.

Mention 3 effects of music in your life. Can you survive without music in 3 months? Give reasons.

I don't even think I can survive 3 months without music. 😂 Good songs have a lot of effect on me I can't even go a day without listening to music, talk more of saying 3 months.

Music had helped me in so many ways:

  • It helps with my mood: whether I am sad, stressed or happy. Music always makes me feel better.

  • It gives me energy: there are times that I feel so lazy to do anything, but whenever I hear one of my favourite songs, all my energy will quickly come back.

  • It gives me peace, especially songs like 'Aleyipada'; they calm my mind and soul, and they keep reminding me that everything will be fine.

  • It keeps me company whenever I am bored and alone. Music feels like that friend that's always there for me.

So 3 months without music is a no-no for me. 😂
