When nurses have autonomy over when and how they learn, education becomes relevant, respectful, and effective.
Continuing education works best
when learners have a voice.
When nurses can decide
the right time and way to learn,
education becomes meaningful.
Respect creates buy-in.
And buy-in is where learning begins.
