Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @fortwis09 all time my favourite topic ""Pictures tell a thousand stories... Contest "" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic

It's wintertime now, and protecting the body during this season is extremely important, otherwise, various illnesses can strike. These include colds, coughs, fever, joint pain, bone pain, etc. And once a cough settles in the chest, it's difficult to get rid of, and children suffer a lot. So, during winters, we prefer to feed our children warm foods and eat them ourselves to maintain body warmth and protect ourselves from the biting cold.its price is 1300 rs per kg.

I feed my children pine nuts and several other types of dry fruits during the winter season. My children especially like pine nuts because they have a slightly salty taste, which they enjoy. Pine nuts are a healthy and protein-rich dry fruit. They provide warmth and energy to the body. Consuming 8 to 10 pieces per person per day is sufficient.

Now let's understand what nutrients are found in pine nuts that provide energy to our bodies. Pine nuts contain the following nutrients:

Fiber
Zinc
Antioxidants
Potassium
Magnesium

Pine nuts are rich in calories. Therefore, a person should consume only 8 to 10 pieces a day to avoid any adverse effects on the body.
