WISH GRANTED: A Simple Night with My Only One

After a long, tiring work and no one is at home is mama and papa went for a vcation, all I wanted was a moment to have deep breathe and spend quiet time and bond with my baby girl. Around 5pm is my time out and I went straight to my daughter's school and fetch her. She requested that we will just dine out and wanted to eat spaghetti. So, we just went straight to Angel's Pizza at LG Gardenwalk. Angel's Pizza is not just offering pizza, they also offered rice meal. For us to save, I just ordered one set of chicken and spaghetti and just added an extra rice since Matheena just wanted spaghetti.

She had been wishing a simple dinner date, and that wish has came to an end since I granted it already. We waited for 20 minutes. The moment the food was served, her eyes twinkled with excitement. While eating, we talked about school, her friends, and some funny things about this week.

After enjoying our food, we then went to our favorite milk tea shop at A Little Tea for a sweet treat for the both aof us for a job well done. With our sweet drinks, we continue our chika. My little date is really having fun and dance in our seats once her favorite song will play. With our drinks in hand, we continued our bonding. Unfortunately, we havent contacted her daddy since he was asleep. It waasnt a grant trip nor an extravagant one but it was exactly our heart needed, a quality time with my daughter.

Moments like this only reminds me that happiness doesnt always mean going to any luxurious restau but places like this is still so perfect for a simple family like us. Sometimes, happiness be seen in small dates, shared meals and warm convo.

After the bond we had, we then went to the supermarket and brought some groceries and Matheena saw this tool set and asked me to buy it for her. Like her dad, she really loves to fix things.
