Today we are celebrating the end of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr. We fasted for a month. Today we can eat whenever we want, without limit.
I prepared desserts for our guests today. Güllaç is a very popular dessert in Türkiye during Ramadan. It's the lightest and most delicious of all milk-based desserts. I made this dessert by watching a video on YouTube.
While browsing on YouTube, I came across Şambali dessert. Şambali has been one of my favorite desserts since childhood. I made Şambali dessert by watching a video on YouTube.
My aunt and cousins who came to visit loved these desserts. They looked beautiful and tasted wonderful.
I'm improving my dessert-making skills.
