Today I am going to share a place on the icon, which is the Ramnagar Chowdhury Bari Jame Masjid, which is very famous in that area and is very old and has been there since the British period. It is a mosque with many domes, which is usually not found in this area anymore. The mosque has some very beautiful big domes on top which is quite nice to look at.
I came and visited that place and took a lot of photography and videography. Basically the place is in front of a house and it is Chowdhury house and this name is written on that house and it is located in a deserted place and there is a big pond in front. I have taken these scenes from different angles to share with you.
It has many domes as well as some minarets and the minarets and walls have very perfect work of someone. I have presented those architectures to you to show you. I hope you will like these displays. I have presented some of the beauty of the architecture through some photos.
Apart from that, there is a burial ground there which is beautifully made iconic and the washrooms are arranged and it is done on the side if you go a little further from the mosque. The scenes there look very good with a combination of extraordinary subjects and objects. So I did some photo shoots from that side too.
I am sharing some historical facts about this mosque with you. This is the Chowdhury house mosque, a historical monument of many years in the village. As far as I know, it was built about 100 years ago by a local charitable man Chowdhury. At that time, there was no empty space for praying in the area. So he donated a part of his land and built this mosque. He built the mosque with very beautiful architecture and these designs, which are still a memory among the villagers.
Many people also say that during the Liberation War, the villagers used to worship here secretly and the signs of that time can still be found on the old walls. In addition to the five daily prayers, religious education is given here. On the day of Eid, the program meets together in the mosque premises for the Eid congregation. The Adar Chowdhury house is not only a place of worship but also a symbol of the history of the village. Anyway, thank you very much to everyone.
