Lateral Cone Hops: Our Team Energy Drill

In this video you will see people jumping like they are dancing ,but it's a serious exercise we are doing. We arrange cone in zigzag style, then we hop from one cone to another, our leg is wide open,our body is moving forward. Music too is playing in the background, and this gives us the ginger to make us keep going and everybody are smiling even as our sweat drop.


How We Did This Lateral Cone Hops Excersice


We didn't just stand one place. We line up as team, two people at a time. Each pairs will wait for their turn. As we reach the cone, you bend small, jump to the next one, and land well, then continue. The zigzag movement make it to be fun, because it feels like dance mixed with sport. The music really motivate us, so even when our leg is tired, the beat keeps pushing us to continue.
