"SEC-S29W1:My Progressive Action (Jumping jacks)"

Progressive action fitness challenge is a challenge I just came to like plus the fact that exercise is included in season 29 of the steemit learning challenge, because I believe it'll encourage most people to take their fitness routine to the next level.
Since we're to choose just one program from the about six different programs, I've check and decide to go for Jumping jacks because it is this type of exercise that triggers the overall body, as in full body exercise. The nature of this week routine is to exercise for three days, pick a reps in the first day, increase the number on the second day and again on the third day, so guys let's start according, day one.

Here is where my fitness journey for season 29 begins; I started the challenge on Thursday, i tempted to execute 30 reps of jumping jacks in the first day and I executed it at ease. I had my whole body stressed during the execution because my whole body were in action.
I executed jumping jacks by maintaining a flat surface floor where I had balance, my legs close to each other while my arms place sideways, core strength engage and the jumping begins, in each jumps I stretch my legs width apart while my arms goes overhead and then initially return to the starting position, continuously untill I achieved my chosen reps.
How I feel; I didn't feel exhausted because the reps was short but I had my heart beat increase which means I hitted cardio a little bit and I liked it, it was interesting and a little bit of a challenge.

Today's Friday; the second day of my progressive fitness action, my routine preference was jumping jacks so on this second day I'm sticking to the plan but increase the number of repetition, I increase by 15 so I'm doing a total of 45 jumping jacks at a go today.
So I begins the execution and keep the action going untill I first hit 30 reps, this was where the challenge comes in because I needed to add 15 more reps, at this point I also needed endurance and commitment to finish the program.
How I feel; The feelings was great I was good and I felt more energetic. My heart pump faster as my heart rate increases, you know when you spend your time on doing jumping jacks you trigger the overall body especially the heart which controls the blood vessels, so yes they feeling was good.

Today being Saturday marks the end of my progressive action fitness week -1; I decided to add a number to keep progressing on my challenge, I targeted45 reps of jumping jacks so today I add 15 more which is a total of 60 reps of jumping jacks.
Today I needed much of endurance to execute the program considering the numbers of repetition that I choose; so I took a rest to recover properly before I put myself in the action, I already told you guys how the action is being done so I repeated the exact process and I executed the program properly.
How I feel; this was when I felt like I've done something, 60 repetition of jumping got me breathing a little high, I mean more than I used to breathe the other days, needed to feels that way so I like it, I enjoy it and I crush it.

In conclusion, i literally I enjoyed all the days that I single out to incorporate this week program which is jumping jacks and I like the fact that I started from a small number and then progress to a big number, 18 days is a enough days to achieve the impossible and I hope with consistency we'll get to the end of this season, see y'all week-2 resume.
