in SteemFit & StayFit3 days ago

Hello everyone!

I am very excited to participate in this Progressive Action Fitness Challenge for Season 29, Week 1. As someone passionate about fitness & daily exercise. I have chosen Jumping Jacks as my program for this 18 day progressive journey. This challenge perfectly matches my love for staying active & pushing my limits.

For this first week, I was completed Jumping Jacks across three different days, progressively increasing my repetitions. Here is the summary of my journey.

Day 1: The Starting Point!

I started with 30 Jumping Jacks. It was a comfortable yet energizing start. My breathing remained steady & I focused on maintaining proper form keeping my back straight & landing softly. This session helped me gauge my baseline stamina.

Day 2: Building Momentum!

I was increased the count to 35 Jumping Jacks & I could feel my heart working a bit harder & my breathing became deeper. My leg muscles felt more engaged & I was started sweating lightly. It felt good to push a little further than the first day.

Day 3: Pushing Through!

For the third day of my exercise I was challenged myself to complete the 50 Jumping Jacks. This was the best toughest session for me & my heart was pounding my breathing was heavy & I was sweating it noticeably. But the feeling of accomplishment after the finishing was incredible. It showed me that consistent effort really does bring progress.

Note: I recorded these videos on different days (Tuesday, yesterday & today), so the repetition order in my videos is 50, 35 & 30. But when arranging them for this challenge, I have presented them in the correct progressive order: 30 → 35 → 50 to clearly show my week's improvement.

Here are my video recordings for each day:

Day 1 - 30 Jumping Jacks

Day 2 - 35 Jumping Jacks

Day 3 - 50 Jumping Jacks

Vital Signs & Body Response!

I was monitored my vital signs loosely across the sessions. Before starting my resting heart rate was around 75-80 bpm. After each session, it rose to about 110-120 bpm. My breathing shifted from normal to deep and rapid especially after the 50-rep set. I felt more energized after each workout & my legs felt stronger day by day.

My Daily Stretching Routine!

Apart from this challenge. I already maintain a daily stretching routine to improve my flexibility & prevent from injury. I have also included a video where I perform a foot stretch, lifting my feet in just 2-3 inches off the ground to reach my peak level stretch. This routine keeps my muscles relaxed & fee very comfortable, complements cardio exercises like Jumping Jacks perfectly. You can watch my daily routine exercise that I am doing daily as a passion of mine, it is here: [

Final Thoughts!

This first week has been motivating me because I was felt that the Jumping Jacks may seem simple, but doing them progressively has already made a difference in my endurance & energy levels. I look forward to continuing this program & increasing my repetitions in the coming weeks. It is humble request to introduce more to more exercises contest for us, I'll participate must as a passion.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback & detailed scoring. I have truly appreciate you taking the time to review my entry. You are absolutely right about the inconsistency in repetitions. It is the main mistake. I will focus on steady increments moving forward.
Your guidance means a lot & I am motivated to stay consistent through the rest of the 18 days. Grateful for the encouragement!

Hola, wow el reto estuvo divertido al parecer 😃pero cuando no estamos acostumbrados a tantos saltos pues el cansancio afecta. Rutinas saludables, bien hecho amigo .
