I know a Dutch couple who sold their house because she wanted to buy a castle in France to renovate. She did that and he bought a houseboat. Both are happy and yes, still married.

True, safety is the priority when it comes to motorhomes.
In the drama, middle-aged man was sleeping in his car, not a motorhome, and he had to quickly turn off his lights when a group of youngsters drove into the lot to party. He was afraid of attracting their attention and causing a disturbance.
