Today I will talk about honey. I will tell you the benefit of honey and how it is effected our health. We can say that honey is a golden liquid. and it is natural substance. We get honey from bees. We can get honey from different areas in the world. Honey has national benefits on our health.

We can use honey as a medicine also. And we can control many diseases through honey. For example , If there is a diabetes patient then if we give honey to them then it will increase glucose level increases. But if we give them in limit quantity, then the cholesterol level increases

And if there is cancer treatment is going. And if we use honey then the symptoms will reduce. And there are also many diseases like Constantinople, digestion, or lose motion then we can use honey. And then health can be better. Any one who has heart problem, if they get honey in limited amount then he can be better.

And one thing that is more important and is that of you have any wound then if we directly apply honey then it can help in healing the wound. Wound is getting much better. And in this way it can help in many diseases. We can also improve our eyesight by using honey. If we use honey of two tea spoons and add in fresh carrot juice. Then we can use it daily. And in this way we can improve our eye sight
