Homemade Ginger Chili Ketchup.
I invite my dear friends to the third week of Steemit Challenge Season 27. Hope everyone is well and healthy. Alhamdulillah I am also well. In the third week of Steemit Challenge Season 27, our dear teacher @afzalqamar sir has brought us a great lesson on Homemade Ginger Chili Ketchup. This week of the competition is going to be another new experience, so I was very excited.
I have prepared the necessary ingredients to make Homemade Ginger Chili Tomato Ketchup in the required quantities. I have mentioned the quantities of ingredients to make Homemade Ginger Chili Tomato Ketchup below.

| Tomatoes | 1kg |
| Chopped ginger | 2 bsp |
| White vinegar | 1/2 cup |
| Red Chili | as per taste |
| Sugar | 100 gm |
| Green chilli chopped | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | as per taste |
| Oil | 2 tbsp |
| Water | Half cup |
Now i wiill share easy method of making ginger chili tomato ketchup
Step 1:
- To make ginger chili tomato ketchup, first I took 1 kg of fresh tomatoes. Then I took water in a large bowl and washed the tomatoes very well. Then I cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Step 2:
- I put a pot on the stove, added the chopped tomatoes to the pot. I added half a cup of water to cook the tomatoes well, then turned the stove on low and cooked for about 10 minutes. I stirred it with a spoon during cooking so that it didn't stick to the bottom of the pot.

When the tomatoes are cooked thoroughly, turn off the heat and leave them to cool.
Step 3:
- Once the tomatoes cooled, I took them to a mixer jar. Then I blended them for some time, and when the perfect mixture was formed, I stopped blending.

Step 4:
- I poured the solution from the blender jar directly into a strainer. Then I strained the solution to separate the tomato skins and seeds. After straining the solution, I got a smooth solution that was suitable for making my ketchup.

Step 5:
- I put a pan on the stove and heated it with two spoons of cooking oil. Then I added the ginger and green chillies that I had finely chopped into it to the hot oil. At this stage, I lightly stirred it with a spoon and fried it till it turned brown. Then I poured the smooth tomato mixture into the pan.

Step 6
- I stirred the solution and mixed it with the other ingredients, then I added half a cup of white vinegar, salt to taste, ground pepper, and finally 100 grams of sugar.

Step 7:
- After adding all the ingredients, I stirred it with a spoon, kept the stove on low heat and stirred the mixture continuously. After leaving it like this for some time, it will start to thicken. When it thickens, it will be completely ready. I turned off the stove.This is a very delicious and healthy homemade garlic and chili ketchup.

- In the final step, I served the garlic and chili ketchup in a bowl.
- I garnished the garlic and chili ketchup with ginger and green chilies.
- I used a tag with my name and the date written on a piece of paper.
- I washed, cleaned, and dried a glass jar, then stored the garlic and chili ketchup in it. Storing ketchup in a glass jar like this helps the ketchup retain its flavor and quality for a long time.
