How are you all.I am @ roohiasif99 from pakistan.I hope everybody fine too.Today here I am participating This wonderful contest. The steemit challenge-season30 week1||traditional steam cooking Idlis.Thing beautiful challenge organized by @joyti-thelight.I am Thankful for @joyti you organizing such a beautiful contest for us I really appreciate you.and I am happy to be a part this engagement challenge.This is the first week.The topic is very intresting steem cooking Idlis.It is a dish made with very few ingredients that turns out to be very delicious.Today I am first time made this dish.I hope you like it and give me a valuable feed back.

Lets move towards and starts

| Orad dal | half cup |
| Fenugreek seeds | 1tsp |

| Baking soda | 1tsp |
| Oil | for greesing |
procedure with step by step
First, I soaked the orad dal and rice in two separate bowls for five hours.Along with this, I added fenugreek seeds to a spoonful of soaked rice.

In the second step I ground the soaked orad dal and rice in a grinder and used the same water in which the orad dal and rice were soaked for grinding.

Add 1 tsp of salt and baking soda .By adding baking soda, Idlis will become very soft and ready.

After the liquid batter was ready, I poured it into a bowl coved it. and let it sit for eight hours.

After that I take a pen add in enough water inside the pan so that it stays below the mold. because I have not any mold .I made a steel bowl into a mold.I made the entire Idlis one by one from this mold.
I greased the mold with oil.So with the help of this spoon, I started pouring the liquid batter into the mold.

While the water is heating, I put it on a stand and placed this mold on top of the stand.and coved it for fifteen minutes.

After fifteem minutes I checked in to knief.my Idlis is ready.its proper cooked
final presentation of my delicious dish.
Wow.its looks very delicious .I served with chutney.It turned out to be quite delicious and the children and we all ate it together with great enthusiasm and enjoyed it during iftar.This is a very delicious healthy dish that can be made on a low budget.
what is traditional steam cooking why is it considered healthy?
Steam cooking refers to a method of cooking in which food is boiled and cooked in steam.This method has been followed for years and the best results are being seen.The most important thing is that it is made by steam. No oil is used in the food. It is made according to the rules of hygiene.Food cooked in the steam is very beneficial for human health, which can prevent various diseases such as cancer.High blood pressure Digestive problems Rapid weight gain.
And vegetables or foods retain their original flavor.The biggest advantages of steam cooking is that it preserves nutrients.
