How are you. I hope you people of steemian are good and enjoy your life . Well I am well. May God bless you all. Today I am sharing the recipe of yummy crispy Onion Pakoda.
Today, I am sharing with all of you the recipe for making Onion Pakoras. They are very quick to prepare, require minimal ingredients, and are absolutely delicious, crispy, and crunchy to eat. The ingredients required to make these Onion Pakoras are as follows:
Onions
Gram Flour (Besan)
Salt
Chili Powder
Oil for frying
Method
- First, we peel and wash the onions, then slice them into thin strips.
- Next, we take the gram flour (besan) in a bowl and add the sliced onions to it.

- After that, we add salt and red chili powder to taste. Those who prefer their food spicier may also chop and add some green chilies to the mixture.

- Then, we gradually add a little water to this mixture while stirring to form a batter. This ensures that all the spices, gram flour, and onions mix together thoroughly, resulting in a smooth and consistent batter.

- The consistency of this batter should be neither too thick nor too thin; we keep it just thick enough to allow us to shape and drop the pakoras into the hot oil using our hands.

- Next, we pour oil into a deep pan (kadai) and place it on the stove to heat up. Once the oil is hot, we form the pakoras and fry them on both sides until they turn a golden-brown color.

- Our Onion Pakoras are now ready! They are best enjoyed with tangy chutney and sweet chutney. These quick-to-prepare Onion Pakoras are all set to be served!
