Hello everyone.How are you all? I am fine by the grace of almighty. Hope you are also fine.
First of all, I would like to thank @uzma4882 for arranging such a contest. Soup is not only beneficial for our health, but it is also a very interesting food. It is very pleasant to eat and prepare it. Especially in winter, if you have a bowl of hot soup in the evening, then nothing else is needed. And today I made mushroom soup according to your course. And I enjoyed it in the evening. Although I could not make it earlier due to lack of time and could not share it. But this afternoon I made this recipe. It takes quite a bit of time to make. However, it takes some time to gather everything. Anyway, after making it, eating it hot makes my mind feel good and my stomach is also calm.
Ingredients required for making Mushroom Soup

| Chicken stock | 1 cup |
| Chopped Onion | 1 piece |
| Green chilies | 2 pcs |
| Chopped Garlic | 1 tsp |
| Mix Masala | 1 tsp |
| Red chilli powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Salt | 1/2tsp |
| Oil | 1 tbsp |
| Coriander leaves | As needed |
| Black pepper powder | 1 tsp |
| Milk | 1 cup |
| Water | 1 cup |
| Cornflower | 1 tbsp + 1/3 cup water |
Step-1
In the first step, I put oil in the frying pan. When the oil was well heated, I added chopped garlic and fried it for a while. Then I added mushrooms, then chicken pieces. Then I added chopped onions. I fried everything well for a while.
Step-2
At this stage, I added chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, and green chilies. I fried it again for a while.
Step-3
Now I added the chopped coriander leaves. Then I added the mixed spices and chicken stock.
Step-4
At this stage, I added another cup of water and cooked it until it thickened well. After that, I added another cup of milk. Then I continued cooking it well again.
Step-5
I had previously soaked the cornflowers in water in a cup. Later, when the water had reduced a lot and everything was cooked, I mixed the cornflower mixture well again and added it to the soup. After cooking for a while, when the texture became thick, I turned off the stove. Later, I took it out in a hot bowl and served it with pepper.

Mushrooms are not very common in our area. Since they were not available, I went to several stores to look. Later, I found them in a large grocery store. Although they are available in supermarkets, it is very difficult to go out with the amount of mushrooms that have been flowing out for the past few days. However, today I had to go out due to a problem. Later, I found a can of mushrooms. Along with that, we did not have some other ingredients here. Therefore, I basically tried to make the soup with the ingredients that I had on hand. But to be honest, it was incredibly delicious to eat.

To be honest, I have tried different types of soups before. Such as Thai soup, chicken soup, corn soup or egg soup. But I have never tried mushroom soup. Because we don't eat mushrooms much, I have never eaten mushroom soup. However, I have eaten mushrooms when eating pizza. Anyway, this is the first time I have made mushroom soup. I really enjoyed making it. And the flavor that spreads around while making it is the reason why everyone tries to eat it with interest. My son especially liked this soup. He ate the mushrooms himself. After all, I enjoyed making this soup as much as I enjoyed eating it together.

If I did not participate in the other weeks of this challenge, then I participated in this sixth week. I did not have the opportunity to participate before. However, among the courses shown here, chicken soup and mixed vegetable soup are two soups that I have already tried. Which I like to eat very much. However, the soup made with the combination of mushroom and chicken is much more delicious. These hot soups are incredibly delicious to eat in winter. Especially mushrooms have a different flavor, which enhances the taste of the whole soup. So it can be said that I found the mushroom soup made today to be very delicious. And I think this can be a very healthy recipe during winter.
