Assalamu Alaikum everyone. I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah, I am also well Alhamdulillah. Today I am really happy to participate in the Third week of Steemit Learning Challenge Season 30. This week I will be participating in the "SLC S-30-W3// "Tradional Steam Cooking-Vegetable Momos" competition organized by the respected teacher @jyoti-thelight madam, thank you very much for organizing this great competition. So let's get started...!

𝙏𝙝𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙣𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙚 List the varieties of steamed momos available in your region. Which one is your favorite and why? (2 Marks)
"Momo is a very popular street food in our country today. The types of momos that are commonly available in our region are given below:
- Vegvegetable Momo: This vegetable momo is usually made with carrots, cabbage, peas and beans.
- Chicken Momo: This chicken momo is usually made with minced chicken and spices.
- Paneer Momo: This cheese momo is usually a great option for cheese lovers.
- Fried Momo: This fried momo is usually first steamed and then fried in light oil.
My favorite momo: My favorite is the vegetable momo. Because it is light, easy to digest and has different colored vegetables, it is not only beautiful to look at but also full of nutrients. Since this vegetable momo is steamed without oil, it is the best choice for diet conscious people. So this vegetable momo is one of my favorite dishes.

Ingredients:
- Flour (2 cups)
- Finely chopped cabbage - 2 cups
- Finely chopped carrots - 1 cup
- Finely chopped barbati - 1 cup
- Chopped onion - 1 cup
- Chopped green chilies - 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander leaves - as needed
- Mustard oil - 1 teaspoon
- Jeera - a little
- Salt to taste

✔ First, I finely chopped all the vegetables using a knife.

✔ Secondly, I washed the chopped vegetables thoroughly with clean water.

✔ This time I took some green chilies and onions and chopped them with the help of a knife.

✔ I lightly fried the cumin seeds in a pan on the stove with a little mustard oil. Then I lightly fried the chopped onion and chopped chili.

✔ At this stage, I added all the vegetables, then added ginger and garlic paste and salt as per the quantity, mixed the vegetables well and cooked for 5 minutes, covered.

✔ After cooking the vegetables for five minutes, covered with a lid, when they were done, I added chopped coriander leaves to the top of the vegetables and removed them from the plate.

✔ I took two cups of flour in a bowl, added salt and a little oil. Then I added water little by little to make a soft dough. Now keep this dough covered for 5 minutes.

✔ I cut small pieces from the dough and rolled them out. Then I used a bowl to cut them into rounds and placed them on a plate.

✔ At this stage, I took the round shaped discs and filled them with vegetable filling in the middle and shaped them into the shape of the momo I wanted. I shaped all the momos in the same way and placed them on a plate.

✔ I boiled water in a pot. Since we don't have a steamer at home, instead I greased a perforated plate with oil and arranged the momos one by one. Then I covered it with a lid and steamed it for 15 minutes on medium heat.

✔ After the momos have cooked for 15 minutes, open the lid and take out the cooked momos and place them on a plate.

আপনার ভেজিটেবল স্টিমড মোমো তৈরির পোস্টটি সত্যিই খুব লোভনীয় লেগেছে। ধাপে ধাপে রান্নার প্রক্রিয়াটি এত সুন্দরভাবে দেখিয়েছেন যে যে কেউ সহজেই চেষ্টা করতে পারবে। মোমো আসলে এক ধরনের স্টিমড ডাম্পলিং, যার ভেতরে সবজি বা অন্যান্য ফিলিংস থাকে এবং এটি সাধারণত ঝাল সসের সাথে খাওয়া হয়।
আপনার উপস্থাপনা দেখে মনে হয়েছে মোমোগুলো খুবই সফট ও টেস্টি হয়েছে।
