Among the things that I learned there, the most important thing to know is some information about the life of the language martyr Abdus Salam, which is very important. For example, he was born on 27 November 1925 in Laxmanpur (present Salam Nagar) village of Feni district. His father's name was Fazil Mia and his mother's name was Mrt-Dolater Nesha.

I also learned that when the police opened fire on this protest of the students and the public, Abdus Salam was shot and injured. Then, he was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. After being treated in the hospital for one and a half months, he died on April 7, 1952. In February 2000, he was posthumously awarded the Ekushey Padak.
