SLC-S29/W2-Mind & Learn : The Psychology Journey "Stress Relief"
Steemian Friends,
Today I will participate in a challenge by @memamun's brother in week 02 of Steemit Challenge 29. The name of the challenge is SLC-S29/W2 | Mind and Education: The Journey of Psychology "Stress Relief". I hope everyone will like my writing.
I have relieved my stress through mindfulness meditation exercises. This is such an exercise that has completely relieved me of stress. I was free from all the work and tension of the world for some time. Through this exercise, my brain was free from stress. When the pressure of office work is high, I sit on a chair and relieve the stress of the brain for some time through this exercise.

While exercising, I sometimes take a deep breath. I think this exercise not only reduces stress on the brain but also benefits my heart. We should do this exercise for some time every day during work. Exercising with our eyes closed can really relieve stress.
I am an electrical engineer. My favorite subjects are electricity and programming. I like to write and learn C++ programs. I have many blogs on the Steemit platform about programming. I have found even and odd numbers from the numbers 1-10 using a C++ program. With this program of mine, you can find even and odd numbers by putting as many numbers as you want. I hope this C++ program of mine will be useful to everyone.
#include < iostream>
This is the library function of a C++ program. Library functions must be written at the beginning of every C++ program.
using namespace std;
Through this, we can write only cout instead of std::cout.
int main() {
It is used to declare the main function of a C++ program. From here, the main work of the program starts. Here int means integer. The function changes according to the type of program.
cout << "Even numbers from 1 to 10: ";
for(int i = 1; i <= 10; i++) {
if(i % 2 == 0) {
cout << i << " ";
}
}
cout << endl;
Here, the C++ program is executed using a for loop. For example, it extracts the integer and displays the output through cout.
cout << "Odd numbers from 1 to 10: ";
for(int i = 1; i <= 10; i++) {
if(i % 2 != 0) {
cout << i << " ";
}
}
cout << endl;
Here, odd numbers from 1-10 are extracted, and the output is shown through cout.
return 0;
Here, the main function of the C++ program has served to declare the end.

C++ program to find even and odd numbers from 1 to 10
Then I have shown the output of the entire program through online compilation. In the picture, even and odd numbers have been extracted from the numbers from 1 to 10. By looking at the program, any user will be able to extract even and odd numbers from the numbers from 1 to 50.
I think the story is set in the real life of a person. Sneha has a physical defect that is very painful for a person because we can understand it by seeing children born with physical defects in the world. Then there is a conflict between Sneha's parents, which leads Sneha to further mental depression. Such incidents occur frequently in our society. Nowadays, in our society, conflict between husband and wife has become a social disease, and the victims are the children.
I think the biggest mistake in the story is Sneha's parents. If Sneha's parents had lived a normal life, Sneha would have had a taste of a beautiful world. Every person comes into this world innocent. God sent Sneha to this world with a physical problem; it is not Sneha's fault. However, Sneha's parents should have built a good relationship with each other and fulfilled Sneha's basic needs for survival.
All grandparents in the world are the last refuge for their grandchildren. In Sneha's case, her grandmother also took responsibility. Here, Sneha was unfortunate that her grandmother died. Sneha took her own life due to physical problems because she had no means of survival. I think Sneha's parents are responsible for Sneha's decision to commit suicide. Through your story, every parent in our society has the opportunity to learn from the mistake.
I have given five steps below to relieve stress.
1/ Speak your mind openly: Sharing my thoughts with loved ones or friends instead of keeping them to myself reduces stress, which I do.
2/ I do things I love: I relieve stress by doing things like cricket, reading books, or traveling.
3/ I take rest from excessive work pressure: If I take timely rest from excessive work pressure, my mental stress goes away.
4/ Good sleep: I get a good night's sleep every day to relieve stress, which helps relieve my stress.
5/ Spending time with nature: I relieve stress by traveling alone to the beach, mountains, or under the open sky.

Your explanation is very interesting, sir!
Stress occurs not from physical exhaustion but from an inability to manage emotional and mental burdens. Psychological exhaustion stems from the pressures of various aspects and dynamics of social life, such as workload, pent-up negative emotions, and failure due to a lack of solutions.
Yes, some of the solutions you've implemented are very appropriate. Stress only offend the common sense, not those who have experienced extreme stress (mental disorders), because stress is a natural mental response caused by challenges and threats to a "well-functioning mind." I believe this is just the beginning of depression, which can still be alleviated with meditation or relaxation, as you suggest.
As you've explained, I understand that a person's solution to dealing with various activities and social dynamics is to manage their psychological burdens effectively and effectively to prevent mental depression.
I enjoyed reading your interesting explanation. I wish you success sir @mahadisalim 🙏
Thank you, dear brother, for your nice comment.
my pleasure..🙏
Thank you sir @memamun 🙏
