Through today's challenge, I will share my experience of visiting an important and less discussed place in my area as a Curious Explorer. I hope that my experience will be enjoyable for everyone. 01 What kind of Offbeat Landmarks have you visited? Briefly introduce yourself.

I am a Curious Explorer and have visited an important and less discussed place in my area. Which is called Badarganj Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center. This mosque is located in Badarganj Upazila Parishad of Rangpur District. I am @Samsunnaharsuity from Bangladesh. I am a first year honors student and love traveling, photography and exploring new places. As a curious explorer, I always visit unknown and exceptional places around me and try to learn about the environment and experience there.

02 How were the activities, services and facilities at this place? (With pictures + prices, videos)

Badarganj Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center is a place of beautiful and peaceful environment. People from different areas of the surrounding area come here every day to offer prayers. Along with the religious environment, a kind of mental peace is also available here. This mosque has a clean prayer place, ablution facilities and Islamic cultural activities. Which has made this mosque an even more important place.It takes about 10 minutes by rickshaw to reach this mosque from our house. And the fare is only 10 taka. It is very easy to get here. I often go to this mosque when I go to the upazila. I don't like not going here if I go to the upazila for any work. So every time I get time, I spend some time here.

03 What did you learn about the history of that place?

This Badarganj Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center was built on July 18, 2021. It is a modern Islamic establishment. Which is not only a place of prayer but also a center for promoting Islamic culture and education.I have come to know from the opinions of the local people. Since the construction of this mosque, the religious environment of the area has become more beautiful and organized. People regularly come here to worship and learn about Islamic matters.

04 Share your experiences of that place as a Curious Explorer.

As a Curious Explorer, this place was a very peaceful and beautiful experience for me. The architecture of the mosque, the clean environment and the silence around me fascinated me a lot. Coming here, I do not just see a religious place. Rather, I feel a beautiful atmosphere of faith, peace and togetherness of people. Every time I come here, my mind becomes calm. All in all, Badarganj Model Mosque is not just a place of worship for me. Rather, this mosque is a place of tranquility, where I want to return again and again.
