Curiosity.
Curiosity.
Perhaps one of the most controversial words, or concepts, is what we call "curiosity."
On the one hand, curiosity is what drives people to invent and learn new things. But in some situations, curiosity is frowned upon, and it's a place where only tabloid reporters and bored grandmothers sitting on a bench near their front door can truly feel comfortable.
That is, on the one hand, a person must cultivate curiosity, but on the other, suppress it, as the old saying goes, "Strange Barbara, she lost her nose."
Or another warning, like "If you know too much, you'll soon grow old..." is also a fruit of curiosity.
I wonder if animals that are a priori enemies, cats and dogs, understand such a fine line, but sometimes become friends... out of curiosity?
Still, there are always things that are very difficult to understand, and we have to accept some things on faith, things that have been explained to us as axioms that cannot be argued with. Maybe that's a good thing. We live every day like a quest, not knowing whether we're doing the right thing by being curious or not. LOL.
