Pencil drawing, New Competition (No.22) - Go fishing at dawn!

Good morning everyone!

Morning is a special time when on the one hand you really want to sleep but on the other hand It’s in the morning that all the most interesting things can happen and it’s a shame to miss it especially if you’re planning to go fishing in the morning.

You can sleep through work on the bus and on the train but it’s very difficult to sleep through fishing because long before that an influx of adrenaline spurs us on starting from the fishing tackle store where we are already anticipating excellent fishing even without catching one fish.

Yes, regardless of whether the fishing was in a hurry or we were unable to catch anything and return home empty-handed we call it the word “fishing”.

In my drawing which I drew for the New Competition (No.22) organized by Dear @xpilar I wanted to show a feeling of excitement who accompanies those who go fishing.

Fishing is unpredictable and my drawing, perhaps will undergo some changes over time because until you pull out the first fish it’s difficult to say what kind of fishing it was.

After all something may not go as planned such as my attempt to write this post despite the fact that the SHIFT keys stopped working and instead of commas I have dots everywhere lol.

But even when fishing sometimes you have to untangle a tangled line.

I started working on the drawing on Thursday morning or rather I thought that I needed to draw something.

I wrote the date in the corner of a piece of paper in my sketchbook and signed it but the idea never came to me that day.

This also happens before fishing when in theory, everything is ready but you have doubts about whether you should go to this or that lake.

And last night I clearly imagined the idea of ​​a drawing in my head and began to draw an inflatable boat on the water.

The most adventurous fisherman and the character of this drawing is a dog who stands on the bow of the boat and looks out for the best place for fishing.

You probably know that I don’t really like to draw small details and strive for complete realism but I tried to do both.

Maybe later I'll work on the characters in more detail.

It is clear that the dog cannot work with oars I gave this privilege to the dog’s owner and the main fisherman.

I would love to go fishing myself but sometimes you just have to dream about it and show these dreams on paper lol.

All that remains is to work on the surrounding landscape show the sunrise and hide the drawing supplies back in the pencil case.
