My blood platelet count had improved and finally stepped into the normal range compared to the lower range. My hematologist had explained to me when I consulted her about my high hemoglobin levels last year after I decided to consult the pertinent doctor about it. The young doctor's explanation was about my fatty liver condition considering that my body is already very thinned-out like I am a dried fish because I am emaciated.

I lightly researched about the cause of a fatty liver and it tuned out to be that it can be caused by eating too much carbohydrates and or sweets which I am not quite burning effectively because I do not move much. It could be not the amount of carbohydrates and sweets was the factor there but as I had mentioned, I was not really burning the blood sugar it creates which is why my liver will store the extra sugar as fats in my liver.

But I am not eating that much really but I have to still modify my diet and what I was doing lately is that I am cutting back my carbohydrate consumption during my breakfast, cutting back on fats which I was eating unknowingly with the rice porridge I was consuming months ago and now I am not having them anymore. I am just eating one egg everyday plus the white of another egg, out dog eats the rest.

After my breakfast I will eat my lunch very late, usually at around 3:00 PM and I will not be having supper after that. My next very, very light meal with an egg and coffee will be at around 7:00 AM or later if I do not want to eat at that point in time. My actual goal is to burn all the calories plus fat in my liver before my next meal and I guess that it is working well for my fatty liver for the reason that my platelet count went into the normal range.

I also think that consuming a good quality Moringa powder also adds to my effort to improve my fatty liver condition because the Moringa powder helps in lowering my blood sugar, and in turn it will expedite the burning of fat in my liver which caused my platelet count to improve.

It is making me realize that I should not eat much because I will not be able to gain body mass anyway and it will just cause my liver to get fatty and affects my platelet count. Now that my platelet count had improved I will just continue what I am doing currently which is not eating much carbohydrates and sweets and also fats, spacing my meal times, and consuming Moringa powder which helps to lower my blood sugar that speeds-up burning of fats in my liver and thereby improving my fatty liver condition.
