Beetroot salad
Hello my dear Steemians,
Today I wanted to share this simple recipe for easy salad that I love and often it is a paert of our New Year menu it is made from red beet roots, Sauerkraut or "sour cabbage", salted cucumber, onion, boiled potatoes, a little vegetable oil and everything needs to be mixed up. It is sour and sweet and taste great.
This should taste like nothing I know for sure.We here still fry domestic animal blood and mix it with sour milk..
Eat that with what we call Ugali here.It is the best.Happy are those who fight hunger because they will save humanity.
