[AVLE] Wallet Screen (+Delegation), Transfer Screen

Improved Wallet Screen

I added a few icons to the balance list and implemented the claiming reward.

Delegation Status

As you might notice, there is one more tab in the screen, which is delegation.

It would be great to see delegation list inside the AVLE dapp.

Transfer Screen

When you click the 'Transfer' button in the dropdown menu, the following transfer screen will appear.

One nice feature of the transfer screen is that we can choose a recipient from the following/followers list!

And tada~ it shows the profile image, too! You won't make a mistake when transferring tokens.
