Stories of Humanity

It is always good to read and hear about stories of humanity where people reach out to each other selflessly. I read about an incident that happened on a train travel. One lady with her family was missing her train. She could see the train departing from the station, and in the video, you can see her folding hands and requesting the driver to stop the train. In a few seconds the train stops and she along with her family could get on to the train. It must have caused a 2 to 3 mins delay for the train, but I am sure the driver would make it up. But if that lady would have missed it, then her whole schedule would have got disturbed. Some times due to traffic you can get late and especially in India it happens.

I have faced such situation where I have left ahead of time from home and yet I have managed very closely to the departure time and got saved from almost missing the train and that has been due to heavy traffic jam. It's no one's fault but there can be impacts. In such circumstances a little help can be like a blessing. This particular driver got loads of appreciation and I can say he deserves it. Such people make us believe in goodness and that we humans still care for each other.

Sometimes just a little gesture can make a big impact on someone and not just for one person; it can set an example for humanity. I am sure if this would be in any other country, the train would have never stopped and given a chance to the person to get aboard.
