Greetings Dear Steemians!!

Hopefully everyone will be great here and enjoying the very healthier and delicious theme of the Second week organized by the @jimiaera02 . Her challenge and flavorsome entries motivated me to share my cooking expertise through this challenge.

It was being awesome and wonderful experience to make, cook and enjoyJali Kebab with the active participation of my kids as well. Let's move on to share complete presentation on it.


Main Ingredient

Chopped Herbs

Chopped onion ¹, Chopped tomato ¹, ginger garlic paste ½ tsp, coriander & mint leaves 2-4 g, Green chillies ²IMG_20251126_124559_960.jpg

Making the Marination process of Jali Kebab

Here's with you can see that , I have beef meat , I firstly used my crystal silver chopper to fine chopped the beef meat and I got very refined beef mined. Then I use herbs like very fresh and organic tomato, onion , coriander and mint leaves and green chillies.

I washed all of them with the fresh flowing water then chopped it for mixing in the beef minced. My little and eagerly actively engaged with me while I do anything creative or cooking in the kitchen. They happily joined me . They helped me to add all the ingredients and mixed it well. I kept the jali kebab mixture for at least 10-15 minutes at the room temperature for developing inside the taste of all herbs and spices and can make the good shape of kebabs.

Now , next process is to make the shape of Jali Kebabs. I put the light layer of oil onto the marinating mixture of beef minced also applied the layer of oil on palm of the hands , That's the effective tip to make the fine and quick shapes of Kebabs and mixture inside the minced can't be stick with the hands.

Next step is to coating the layer of whisk eggs and bread crumbs. I also made crumb's at home. For this , I warm up the plain Bread on the pan when it becomes crunchy and hard then I crushed them into my chopper. That's my favorite kitchen utensil because it saves my time and get to me good results of the eatable foods. I got very crispy bread crumbs. Now , Going to dip Jali Kebabs one by one into egg then bread crumbs .

The final step is to cook the jali kebabs .. I always use Dalda oil for cooking the snacks for the healthy and good digestion of frying times. I put the oil in the frying pan . Let it warm then with the soft hands add into coating Jali Kebabs for frying. Beef minced takes some time for cook . That's why I fried them on both sides for 10 minutes under medium flame. Now , They are cooked well from inside too and turns into golden brown color. Now it's going to dish out and final presentation.

I usually make this one but for the first time I use this coating tip to make them more delicious and crispy. The new technique of making Jali Kebabs is being very good experience.

No, I didn't face any difficulty. Rather, It was being fantastic experience to make with my kidd. All the ingredients are available at home and the teacher well explained her own #recipe with good presentation. So that by following it. I made my delicious and crispy Jali Kebabs easily.
