First of all, thank you for sharing such a beautiful recipe with us. I feel very happy to be able to participate in the competition by making this recipe. I did not have all the ingredients to make this chicken kebab at home. That is why it took a while. If we have all the ingredients to make this kebab at home, then we can easily serve this kebab for afternoon snack. Everyone in our house liked this kebab very much.

| Chana dal | 100 gram |
| Egg | 1 pieces |
| Green chillies | 6 pieces |
| Fried onion | 1 cup |
| Lemon juice | 1 piece |
| Ginger, garlic paste | 1 tablespoon |
| Salt | 1/2 tablespoon |
| Chili powder | 1/2 tablespoon |
| Black pepper | 1/2 tablespoon |
| Garam masala | 1/2 tablespoon |
| Chopped coriander leaves | 1/4 cup |
First, I cut the chicken into very small cubes. After cutting them, I cleaned them well and put them in a pan. Then I added chickpeas, ginger, garlic, and other spices to the meat.
Now I added the green chilies whole. After adding the green chilies, I mixed all the ingredients well with the meat and lentils using my hands. Now I added about two and a half cups of water and turned on the stove.
I boiled the meat and dal mixture well. When the water dried up, I drained it and put it in a bowl to cool.
After the meat and dal mixture cooled, I added the egg to it. Then I added the chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, and onion powder.
Now I took the meat and dal mixture in a blender jar and blended it for a while until it was completely soft. Then I took some of the mixture and made them into round balls and made them into kebabs. I made all the kebabs in this way. There were a total of thirteen kebabs here and these kebabs were quite big. Then I kept the kebabs in the fridge for a while to set.
Now I heated oil in a pan. When the oil was well heated, I put the kebabs in it one by one. When one side of the kebab was done, I turned it over to the other side. In this way, I made all the kebabs.

Generally, everyone from young to old loves to eat kebabs. Kebab is a dish that can be eaten as a pulao or as an afternoon snack. This is a perfect recipe for an afternoon snack on a cold evening. And everyone in our house likes to eat spicy snacks. Everyone also liked the chicken kebabs that I made in the last two weeks. And everyone liked this kebab too. It was a lot of fun to eat these kebabs with sauce and onions in the evening. Usually, I like to eat these spicy dishes in the winter evening. And sometimes I want to serve this kebab recipe as an evening snack. If I have all these ingredients at home, then I will make this kebab again.
