My dream house might become a reality soon

Some people says that to never buy a house for the reason that it is a liability because of the maintenance cost it needs to to be able to remain "livable" which is true , the cost of security like if you have a mansion, you have to protect it too as even guard dogs needs food to make them do their jobs, and then a house doesn't earn money unless you have an extended part where you can make people rent those or the house itself so that you can earn from it. But if your purpose in making a house for your permanent residency where you will live for the rest of your life, there is nothing wrong with it. Well there is nothing wrong about spending your money in the first place for that matter since its your money right? It is part right and part wrong because it is so hard to earn money that spending it should come with a sound state of mind and planning because if we just spend like there is no tomorrow it will be harder to earn it back especially if you do not have the means to get a loan while at the same time the way in paying it back will be another problem for you.

I have all the reasons why I must make a better house plus it is the right thing to do for my parents and myself.

That is why I am spending money for years now for the things that I needed and not splurging it all because again, earning money is pretty hard no matter how you are doing it, it requires work and patience even if you do not require a physical effort to do so and because work is work and thus in my opinion, hard. Coupled with time to accumulate wealth is another factor why we should value our wealth because no Pontius Pilate in the world would ever give us money which can change our lives for the better. So if we have the money now or we are blessed by God in giving us the power to make money to eventually solve our need, we just have to be thankful for it because not all people can be able to afford like buying a house where the prices are beyond the imagination of many people that they can attain in their lifetime.

I value more of the things that I posses now because it is a lifetime chance to ever amass such gift that I never had thought that I can acquire before and then making my loved ones to experience the best things which will come from it is truly a joy for me to realize it.

But it is all getting clear for me to be able to reach my dream of attaining a house for me and my parents to live in the sunset of our lives. We are stuck in this Town where we live, the people here knows us and we are like a family, however when it comes to politics and services for myself and my elderly parents, we cannot count on the Town and village officials as those benefits are grafted in favor of the ones that holds a political position down to the village officials. That is why I am having a second thought of making a home where my dialysis clinic operates because I heard that persons with disabilities and the senior citizens are at least benefiting from the local government unlike us from our own local government being lead by a team of the prevailing official which are not from our town.

Anyway, although I needed just a basic place to live into where I can enjoy a much secure, comfortable, functional, accommodating, and presentable house, it will not be possible of course without sizeable money to make it happen with the will of God to make it a tangible reality for me and my parents. Now that it is beginning to be a reality, I am already giving more than a million thanks to God. But it still remains to be a dream for now, I can wait but I can't wait any longer too.

No matter how bad the politics in my town have and the people in my village is not much of a help either, this place is still home and most possibly where I will take my last breath. But attaining a better house is in the plan and hoping that God will make it a reality as soon as possible.
