My consummation of Moringa powder is an every day regimen, I aim to make it my basic natural nutrition source and I am planning to consume more to make it a 100 grams per week so that of course I can be able to reap the medicinal benefits of what this superfood can do to my body. You can of course do some light research about Moringa leaves in particular and learn that it has vitamin B-complex, the oil soluble vitamins like A,D,E,K, and then vitamin C, other minerals, and other anti-oxidants not mentioning some protein, and other substances that gives the body at least the essential nutrients to make it healthy and able to make our resistance better against harmful substances which wards us off from being sick. Now because those nutrients are coming from its natural source like the Moringa, it gets more absorbable by the body. I also like the fact that I am able to consume it in a powdered form, I will not worry about chewing it anymore, I can just prepare it by the help of my mother by putting one kitchen teaspoonful of it in a glass or a cup and adding some hot water and honey to make it more palatable for me to drink in one go because it is so concentrated that it doesn't taste good anymore which is why I hold my breath when I gulp it down and chase it with cold water and some food like crackers, banana, or bread afterwards.

Soon I will be able to encapsulate my Moringa powder so that I can have a better way of consuming it with frequency unlike drinking it and suffer the aftertaste.

In this instance I am having it with some blue Yakult which has more Lactobacilli compared to the regular Yakult. What is good about this Shirota strain of Lactobacilli by Yakult is that it survives the gastric acid produced by our stomach which is why you will get more good bacteria in your gut when you consume this product which I am thankful that is readily available for purchasing in nearby stores. The action of this bacteria is awesome because they will act as your second stomach where they will eat your food particularly those that contain natural nutrients in them like leafy vegetables, fruits, and other foods. Then after that when they die they will release these nutrients to the gut where our guts can easily absorb. I only consume about three Yakult drink per week, it is ok of an amount for me because I can't overindulge in it as milk contains lot of Phosphorus which I am avoiding so that my body's Phosphorus levels won't go high enough to exacerbate my Leontiasis condition simply because hyperphosphatemia induces the parathyroid to go hyperactive in secreting its hormone more which makes the bone leach out Calcium and weakening the bone in the process plus calcifying the soft tissues in the body and that is what I am trying to control.

Good bacteria in our intestines benefits us and must be added to our diet everyday as frequent as possible to aide our digestion and minimize toxins in our bodies coming from bad bacteria.

But I am also managing my Phosphorus level by using calcium carbonate and I guess it works because I am not experiencing itchy skin anymore, that typical symptom of high phosphorus in the blood which should be managed carefully or patients might end-up with this kind of disgraced bone condition which I am suffering from as I mentioned above. Now with the combination of Moringa powder and Lactobacilli from Yakult which I am consuming, you can determine that I am getting the best of both worlds for the reason that I am optimally increasing the benefits that both Moringa powdered leaves and the other benefits of Lactobacilli for giving me the nutrients that I needed to balance-out my body's processes and as a result would re-align my body's way of healing itself. The good bacteria form Yakult also eliminates most of the toxins produced in my gut by battling the bad bacteria which should be less than the good bacteria fauna otherwise it will result in illnesses and basic poisoning, because you know, bad bacteria produces toxins while good bacteria which in this case the Lactobacilli helps us to digest our food and makes us absorb and assimilate it for the overall benefit for our health.
