Where you Go is more important then Where you come from

Today morning I read this quote of Sadhguru and it is so inspiring for me. So true this is, what matters in life is what is ahead of us and not what is already gone by. We keep bringing our past into our present and unnecessary create stress in our lives. What is gone is already over and we have no control over it, neither will we be ever able to change anything so then why cling to it. The only thins that we need to take ahead from the past is the lesson that we have learned. We should not carry the emotions of the past because they can really become a very heavy baggage for the present and the future and with this weight it is possible that we will not have good visibility of the present and future and not able to live in it fully.

How do we want our future to be? If we want it progressive then we also need to progress ahead in life in our thoughts and actions both. If we are stuck up at any place of the past then that will create a block for us to move ahead. One may have been in the worst of the situation in the past but that does not mean the future cannot change. The change will only happen when we are able to let go off the past and close that chapter for the new one to begin.

Life is not easy for anyone. We all have challenges at different stages of life. Some go through it at early stage of life, some in mid life and some at old age. The timelines are different for everyone and we should not keep worrying about these timelines, because somethings are a part of our destiny to go through. Our state of mind will determine how we go through it then.
