Same picture 20 years apart

Last month when we travelled to Japan, visiting Universal Studios was on our list. First time I had visited was in 2001 in Orlando, Florida. After I visited in Hongkong in 2010 and now again in 2026. A lot has changed in these 25 years, especially in Japan, there is Jurassic Park, Nintendo world, Harry Porter and so many new themes added. I am sure they need to keep upgrading to keep it relevant else the same rides forever will not work.

So much has changed but there is one ride which has been constant in all these years, which is the Jaws. It's a peaceful ride, nothing to be scared off. Does not give any jerks or those wild twists and turns like other rides. My favourite one.

I was looking at the old pictures of this trip some months back and it brought back memories of my trip. In those days there were no digital cameras, there were camera with rolls and unless you get the film developed you will not know what type of picture has come. This particular picture at Jaws was stuck on my mind.

During this current visit I made it a point to take somewhat a similar picture, hubby did not want to be in the frame so I did it alone. It's a good memory and also remembering no matter how much ever time goes by, we get old but somethings will not change.
