Why do we need SBD for STEEM ecosystem?
I think it's time to discuss SBD(STEEM Dollar) with respect to STEEM ecosystem. SBD hasn't been issued for a long time, especially in bear markets.
For the last few years, only STEEM and SP(STEEM Power) have been printed as author and curator rewards. For now, I feel SBD doesn't need anymore for STEEM ecosystem.
Additionally, SBD is traded on only HTX, and internal DEX(Decentralized Exchange) has few liquidity of orderbooks.
Furthermore, STEEM Hair-cut price system, related to printing SBD, is complex for newbies.
It's an algorithm stable coin. The global regulation for algorithm stablecoins are getting strict.
I think a simple system is better.
So, I suggest that we need a new hardfork 24 to get rid of SBD.

SBD is equally important to STEEM , because it not only powers the Rewards , also the DAO funding are based in SBD . All that needs is a AMM that will have better Pricing Discovery for STEEM/SBD . after than the HTX monopoly will end
