✔ I took 5-6 medium sized potatoes, peeled them first, cut them in the middle, boiled them well in a pan of water on the stove. Once the potatoes were boiled, IN mashed them finely with a slotted spoon.

✔ Now I added 2 cups of flour to the potato mixture. I added a little soybean oil to this potato mixture. Then I kneaded the potato mixture with a little water as needed to make a soft dough. I covered this dough and left it for a while so that it would become softer.

✔ After keeping the dough for a while, I kneaded the dough again and cut it into small round pieces. Then, sprinkled a little dry flour on a rolling pin and rolled out the pieces into beautiful round parathas. I rolled all the parathas in the same way and kept them aside on a plate.

✔ At this stage, I put a frying pan on the stove and heated it slightly. Then I added the oil to the pan and fried the potato parathas on both sides. When both sides of the potato parathas turned a nice golden or brown color and puffed up, I took them out and put them on a plate.
Final presentation of my recipe

✅ 2. Have you ever made Potato Paratha? Write something about it. (1 marks)
I personally love to cook. I often make some recipes at home and try to learn simple recipes. Today, this potato paratha is a special recipe for me because it is nutritious, as well as an afternoon snack or a treat. This potato paratha was made many times in our house before and everyone loved its spicy filling and soft fluffy texture every time.
However, I have never made this potato paratha. But today when I got the opportunity to make it through the competition, I made the recipe very beautifully step by step. And when I shared this potato paratha I made with my family, the whole family's chat became even more lively. The satisfaction of eating this potato paratha made by my own hands is really different. And I feel great to share that experience with everyone through this challenge.
✅ 3. Create a chart by calculating the price of your recipe ingredients and the Steem conversion and indicating the price. (2 marks)
I have created a chart as per the rules of this contest, which lists the local prices and current Steem prices of all the ingredients used to make the potato paratha recipe:
| Ingredient Name | Quantity | Approximate Price (Taka) | Price (STEEM) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Potatoes | 5-6 | 10 Taka | 1.44 STEEM |
| Flour | 500 grams | 25 Taka | 3.60 STEEM |
| Soybean and mustard oil | A little | 20 Taka | 2.88 STEEM |
| Spices (salt, pepper, coriander) | As needed | 10 Taka | 1.44 STEEM |
