SEC-S29W2: Progressive Action Fitness Challenge

Greetings dear Steemit users, welcome to the second week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge, in its 29th season. As you well know, my dear partner @ngoenyi and I have prepared this fitness challenge for you. In this second week we are going to continue with the exercise programs from the previous week, so if you started from week 1 you can continue increasing the number of repetitions you performed compared to the previous week.
Likewise, if you didn't enjoy our challenge from the beginning, no problem. You can join this week, select the exercise programs available for the challenge and start participating from the beginning. Also, if you were not satisfied with the exercise you selected at the beginning and you want to change it to start with another, you can also do so.
If you are arriving this week with us and you do not know which exercises participate in our program, I invite you to see the publication of week 1, where they are all previously explained in video.

The instructions are the same, if you don't remember them, we will gladly repeat them for you.
3 days a week, 1 task
You must choose 3 days out of the 7 days in a week to perform your chosen program. It could be Monday, Wednesday and Saturday or whenever you choose.
For those coming from week 1:
| Chosen Days | Repetitions |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | Increase by at least 5 or 10 repetitions in relation to the last exercise of the previous week |
| Day 2 | Increase by at least 5 or 10 more repetitions |
| Day 3 | Increase by at least 5 or 10 more repetitions |
For those starting this week:
| Chosen days | Repetitions |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | Start from the least you can. 10, 15, or 20 or more |
| Day 2 | Increase by 5 or 10 or 15 or more |
| Day 3 | Continue with the increase you chose in day 2 |
Important: If you participated in week 1 and this week you decide to change the exercise, you must state in your publication the reason why you made the change.
Instructions
Record 3 different videos for those 3 days, showing when you are doing the program.
Then publish a post at the end of the 3 days you have chosen,
Upload the 3 videos differently along with at least one picture for each day that is, 3 pictures maximum plus your cover image, that's 4
Explain what you did and tell your experience in details
Record your vital signs, heart rate, and respiration before and after each exercise session.
Important
Progress on selected exercises will be assessed.
The publication's aesthetics (minimum 300 words, explicit videos with context) should detail the work completed.

Please just fro clarification,
Please what's the viral sign? I don't understand this particular and how do I do it?
Is they limit of how long the video should be.
Vital signs includes your heartbeat and breathing rates. How many times did your heartbeat when doing the exercise? If you have that phone watch, it would be easier, but you can do it manually.

And the video duration is only during the performance of the exercise.
