Was doing 1 workout a week w/no success; then went to 2 a week with really slow progress; finally about 5 weeks ago, I started doing 3/week, and the progress is pretty quick now

oh i see. have Yu tried some green juices or smoothies for better energy metabolism? also b12 greatly helps, and You can add some fresh grinded fenugreek(15gram - its 3 flat teaspoons) to the blender(best with some cold presed oils), i use it, it gives some hormone production boost, i notice coz morning boner is back.
