thirtydayfitness - Day 16 - weigh in day

It has been a good week and I have definitely started to get into a routine, I have enjoyed the exercise and the walking.

I have found that I don't need to be afraid of being hungry and it is actually quite pleasant to be hungry before you eat. The constant feeling of bloat has gone and I actually feel quite good these days, still a long weigh to go, but I think that I am getting there.

Anyway, without further ado, here is the results of my weigh in

Good progress and trending down!

I definitely have a long way to go, but I am getting there and to be honest I am delighted with that weight loss, it should be sustainable and 2.5 ibs down isn't an unhealthy amount to lose, now I must watch out that I don't celebrate with a blow out, I'll definitely have a treat as it is Friday, but in moderation only and I will take my time and enjoy it.

It's great when you stop feeling that bloat. I am 12 10, looking forward to seeing the drop next week for both of us!

That seems like an ideal and sustainable weight loss. I find walking to be great exercise.

I am happy that I lost that amount, any more might have rang some alarm bells as it wouldn't be sustainable.

I must admit that I love going for walks, it really is a great exercise and it is free :-)

Too much too soon and I don't think it's healthy, or sustainable. And that's what you want. To keep at it, and have the weight loss remain. In other words create a new habit.
