RE: Someone sure makes it easy for this one to write posts
I left my reply underneath yours...
Maybe you were a changeling, but your grandparents look incredibly happy, and so do you. How lucky you were to have them, and even a photo of them. I don't have a single photo from my childhood.
It's understandable that, given your health, ending up back on the streets isn't fun. I wouldn't want that either. I'd rather be without gas and electricity than without a roof over my head.
it might have broken you
but it didn't destroy you, huh
I think that's the stupidest comment I've ever heard, and I completely disagree. Life is definitely not easy, especially not for those who have already been through a lot. I can attest to that, and many others can. Small cracks might not break your head immediately, but it will crack one day... usually unexpectedly when there's no dog around and no rescue. Not that rescue is common, sometimes, but generally, you have to fend for yourself.
I agree with you that the world would be a better place without people like most people.
Thanks for sharing the photos! I hope you have a good evening and a good night's sleep. Step by step, hopefully, a better year.
P.S. Did you get the headshot, or is that forbidden? It's definitely not allowed if you want a second opinion.
it destroyed me several times, i rebuilt this one out of the shards so Janes OnderGrond, if you ever saw the doompatrol series, is not just a metafor
i who is we now is a collection of shards of who used to be held together by a void made of chaos
it exists in several dimensions at once and is unstuck in time, while mostly every day is yesterday and the past doesnt really have many points other than "the past"
and a lot more
but atm i am fencing with the insurance company for my 2 dear parents who went bonkers after the first letter, while actually ...
well i was gonna get paid to do this fulltime after finishing the social worker studies
sitting here now doing this passing time because no one else will and they cant
is a little bit sour in aftertaste ... especially given the financial situation
but i sure dont have empty days
i lost most pictures too, all i have is the ones up til i was 12 , after that it start past 35 and after 40 again almost nothing
Maybe it was meant to be, probably not, but creating something from the shards is all that remains. I have no doubt that you spend all day mixing, and it is indeed bitter that you now have to do this without pay.
The chaos is growing worldwide, even more so around us, perhaps life in the past is still the best, even though you always get things from the whole.
What if your parents are no longer there? How is the cat?
I think there comes a point when photos are no longer possible. Perhaps taking a photo of something or someone else, but no longer of yourself. Ultimately, you can't take her with you.
