Today I Cooked Butter Fried Tofu
Hello Steemians lovers.
Today I'm going to cook butter-fried tofu.

If you usually use chicken, try it with butter-fried tofu. Seriously, this is just as delicious as chicken, in fact, it's addictive.

The main ingredient I use is egg tofu from Inofu. The texture is soft, doesn't crumble easily, and the yellow color is natural from the egg, not from food coloring.

I fried this until sautéed, then used it as a stir-fry. Just roughly chop the garlic, then slice the curly chilies. You can also add onions for a more delicious flavor.

For the sauce, mix Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, and tomato sauce. Add a little water and stir well.

Continue, melt the margarine, sauté the garlic and onions until wilted, then add the sauce mixture.

Adjust the taste; I didn't add any more salt, but added a little sugar. Finally, just add the fried tofu and curly chilies. Once cut into pieces, mix well and you're done.
