I forgot uploading an English diary last night.
I was all over the place last night. So, I forgot it. What a shame.. 😮💨
I worked out in the morning. Today's workouts were..
3 sets of 15 reps with
7kg Dumbell Shoulder Press
6kg Standing Dumbell curl
25kg Bench press without safety bars
3 sets of 30 reps with
1kg side lateral raise
I'm going to a shopping mall soon. I'll buy 0.5kg dumbbells for Side Lateral Raise.

I also enjoy exercising. The process of exercising is my most enjoyable time, and I forget all my unpleasantness.
