Best exercises to lose weight without any equipment.
Hey guys!
So, I’ve lately been doing a lot of research about the best exercises for losing weight and I’ve come across a few which help a lot. So I thought I’d share them with you.
1. Jumping jacks
Jumping jacks burn fat at a very rapid rate and they are really simple to do too. Besides burning fat, they also release endorphins which helps in clearing your brain, sharpens your focus and relieves the pain.
2. Squats
Squats are amazing for losing weight. But it is necessary for you to be doing it correctly because your posture while exercising matters a lot. You can correct yours by looking at the photo above. Squats help you in increasing your metabolism rate which in return, results in weight loss.
3. Lunges
Both squats and lunges help in strengthening and toning your entire lower body. They are good for reshaping your legs and hips. You may feel your legs getting tighter and firmer within two weeks.
4. Burpees
Burpees are one the best exercises to kill fat. It not only focuses on one part of the body but is a full body exercise. According to a research, it burns 50% more fat than a moderate exercise because of it’s high intensity.
5. Mountain climbers
Mountain climbers exercise can help you burn calories but let me tell you that depending on this exercise alone will not be that effective for weight loss. You can add this exercise to your exercise routine which will then be effective in burning more calories.
So, these were the best exercises for weight loss. I hope it will help you out. And never lose hope! Your hard work will always pay off. Just try to be persistent and make up your mind that if others can do it, why can you not! 🙂
Share with me in the comments below other exercises which you like and also please do ask if you need any help. I would gladly answer it.
I recommend a program called SWEAT with Kayla (BBG program). This is a program you can do from home with no fancy equipment. And it will schedule all your exercises for you and even when to do it if you want to. It't a program for beginners AND for the those who are already fit.
I searched a little about it just now. Looks good! I will definitely try.
Thanks for sharing! :)
Great Stuff!
You can also include push-ups, there a several you can do, from regular push-ups to hands close together pushup--works more of the triceps--to off set push-ups, where one hand is on something (like a small medicine ball) and one is not--and also band push-ups.
All of these variations will hit the muscles a bit differently--and they will all give you a fantastic upper-body workout.
Yes, you are very right. Push ups are great for the upper body! Thankyou for sharing all this information :)
I'm just gonna move to the Moon.
