If it doesn't fit your life, it won't work.
They're about your actual life.
→ How much time do you realistically have to train? Not best case scenario. Not what you had back in college or the military. Right now.
→ How do you recover? Less than 7 hours of sleep? Eating enough of the right fuel?
→ How much stress are you under outside the gym?
Because workouts are stressors too.

The best program on paper doesn't work if it doesn't fit into your actual life. And that's exactly why most programs fail.
They're written for an ideal world - not your world.
