옛 선인들은 김장 김치 같은 겨울에 먹을 음식을 미리 준비하고 했었는데요, 요즘은 겨울철 음식도 찾아보니 다양하게 참 많은것 같습니다. 어류, 조개류, 해조류 등 바다는 먹거리의 보고네요. 몸에 좋은 제철음식 드시고 힘내세요.~~
