모듬회 라벨링
요즘 회센터 트랜드는 라벨링 인가요? 모듬회를 주문 했는데 손님들이 일일이 어종을 물어보니 알아서 어종 스티커를 붙여 줍니다. 고급어종 부터 제철어종까지 다양하게 담았네요. 라벨을 보고 무슨 고기인지 아니까 한결 회의 풍미가 다른것 같습니다. 이횟집은 "**얼마짜리 주세요" 하면 주인장이 알아서 주는 오마카세(?) 횟집이라 신경 안쓰고 다양한 어종을 맛볼수 있어 편하네요. 오만원짜리(대방어에서 돌돔까지...) 주문해 봤습니다.
