Movie recording at my home

A couple of days back there was a movie recording at my home. It was on the same day that I arrived to Mumbai. The team had connected with us a month back to check with us if they could use our home for a day for a movie shoot. There were some shots that were apt to be taken from our home. Couple of times in past also some movie and advertisement shootings that have happened. 2 years back the Cadbury advertisement had happened at our home. One of my friend is a Location director for movies so whenever there is appropriate location requirement he recommends my home.

Our society is on hills so the location is very good for movie shoots. This particular movie is about an Indian army officer. The star cast of the movie are 2 famous Bollywood actors John Abraham and Tamannah Bhatia. I requested that if I could take pictures with them, but they have a policy that while they are on shoot, they cannot click pictures with anyone, so even while they were home, we could not take pictures. But we had a good chat with them. Especially John, he is very friendly and also a caring person. He was on constant look out that his team was managing my home with care. Because there were so many equipment's and people and my home is small. Both John and Tamannah are very humble. John looks as handsome as seen in movies and so does Tammanah looks as gorgeous as seen in movies.

Some part of the shooting was below the building, which was again done from my balcony. Respecting their policy I only clicked pictures where their crew was not there.

This is my home balcony, which in real is not like this. It's all open and none of these things are mine. But after their set up I am getting ideas to decorate it.

After the shoot everything was removed. It was a nice experience. Though in the past movie and ad shoots have happened but not of famous actors. This is the first time that big screen famous actor movie recording took place at my home. When the movie gets released I am going to show it to all my friends.
