Sweet stops in Japan

During my trip to Japan, I kept coming across lots of sweet shops. Generally, I am not much into sweets unless it is something of chocolate. Japan is famous for Crepes so it was on my list to try it out. I stumbled into an Okoppe milk stand and there ended up with the two things that I am now craving to have them again. A Crepe and a cup of softy with berry sauce. It was overdose of sweet because the crepe filling is also sweet, but trust me it was heaven, and it was kind of a whole meal for me. By the end of it, I was feeling stuffed.

It was not a famous cafe just a small outlet in a Mall but they served some amazing crepes. I would have loved to try out more flavors but I had no capacity to consume it. During my whole trip there were no planned stops for these Deserts, they kept happening on the way between temples and trains. I also fell in love with their vending machines, there were so many varieties of drinks available, and some the healthy ones also.

Travel is just not about visiting the sights but it is also exploring these little things on the go. Together the Crepe and the Softy felt so Japanese to me. A bit on the sweeter side but no fuss; I enjoyed it thoroughly, and pricing wise very decent.
