I increased the weight level of the Bench Press Assist machine.

Now, I can lift 55kg of the Bench Press Assist machine. But, it's not much hard for me. I think I can lift 60kg of it. I'll try it 2 days later.

Today, I burned 600kcal. I'm pleased that today's routine is done.
